No Return Policy
We do not accept returns in case of dislike, change of mind, size preference, color preference, or any reason not related to damage, defect, or wrong product delivery.
Goods once ordered cannot be cancelled.
Replacement Eligibility
Products are eligible for replacement only in the unlikely event that you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A different or wrong item
To be eligible for replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Opening Video Requirement
An opening video is mandatory for replacement claims.
Please record a clear 360-degree parcel opening video without any cut, pause, or editing. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel before opening
- The complete unboxing process
- The product received
- The damaged, defective, or wrong item clearly visible
Claims without a proper opening video may not be accepted.
Condition for Replacement
Replacement will be considered only if:
- The product is unused
- The product is in original packaging
- The product box and packaging are in proper condition
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A valid opening video is shared
- The case is approved by our support team
Replacement will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
Return Shipping
If return shipment is required for replacement, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost depending on the case, parcel size, and location.
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.
Raayz Premium will not be responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Products made to customer specifications
- Customized or personalized products
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products reported after the eligible time period
- Products without a valid opening video
We reserve the right to refuse any replacement or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable and approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
